Annabelle Clark

Biography

I am a junior originally from Three Rivers, Texas, majoring in Pre-Professional Studies and Theology with a minor in Compassionate Care in Medicine. After graduation, I plan to attend medical school and go into either pediatrics or ER medicine. As a member of the CAM Lab, I'm eager to use the knowledge I gain through research to better understand how the science behind cognition can shape the way we care for others. I'm particularly interested in the connection between cognition and compassion: how our brains recognize, attend to, process, and respond with compassion in different situations!
